Underneath the bonnet the red paint, which we knew not to be original, was flaking. So a mornings worth of elbow grease, cleaner, degreaser, and warm water brought back the colours. Knowing that the colour would have faded a bit, we also found an unfaded patch on the headlight rims. You could have seen my smile a mile off!
