The underneath is exposed, and I get to see the extent of the body rust. Lou laughed when I exclaimed "oh good, it's got the hat channel round the transmission tunnel!" And didn't actually mention the amount of rust that was evident!
So, we have to make measurements, assumptions, and cross our fingers a lot!
But before all that we are getting through the repairs to the chassis, to use that as a jig!
Tomorrow is another day - methinks.
